How We Work
Over the years, Homecare Remodeling has grown, adding lots of aspects to the company’s services, including interior and exterior residential renovation and construction projects.
Our business model is that residential remodeling is interpersonal at its core. What matters is how you treat people, from clients to tradespeople. Everyone wants to be listened to and respected. It’s about building relationships based on mutual trust and integrity.
From the beginning, we were ahead of the pack in the remodeling industry. We always hired in-house carpenters, respecting employees as valued members of our company.
As a result, we have the loyalty of our employees, which means we have durable relationships with experienced craftsmen who we can count on to perform our jobs. We typically have between a 10- to 20-year relationship with all of them. We Stand by Our Work
That’s a big principle for us. Though all contractors are required to hold a warranty per the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) standard, we stand by it.

Warranty Information
For one year following the completion of the scope of work, Homecare Remodeling warrants that the improvement shall be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship and defective materials due to noncompliance with building standards. For two years after the warranty date, home improvement work involving plumbing, electrical, heating, or cooling systems shall be free from defects caused by the faulty installation of the system or systems due to non-compliance with building standards. For ten years from the warranty date, the home improvement shall be free from major construction defects due to non-compliance with building standards.
